Community

Princess Helena College has a strong and vibrant community led by a young and dynamic Headmistress, Mrs Jo-Anne Duncan. We are very fortunate to have an extremely supportive team of Governors, a much-valued panel of advisors, and a truly professional team of staff - academic, administrative, pastoral, medical, domestic and estate staff.This community all works together to ensure the school, and all associated with it, thrive. 

The girls play a vital role in the way the school is run. The Prefect team have the responsibility of managing house events such as House Music, House Dance, and House Sport competitions. Forums such as the School Council and the Catering Committee are vital for girls to have their say on how to improve Princess Helena College.

Our parents are closely involved in their daughters' education and are encouraged to take an active part in the schools' social life by joining the Parents' Fund Raising Committee (PFRC) and by supporting its events.
