Year 10 braved the downpours on Tuesday to take part in the raft building challenge.
Each team was given a range of equipment including inflatables, string, and barrels to create a raft to rescue Gilberto the Bear. The raft had to carry two people across the swimming pool and back, whilst keeping Gilberto dry.
The teams were given points for team work, effort and good humour!
Miss Hone, who organised the event, praised the girls and staff for their great attitude despite the weather: "It was such a success, and I was so proud of all the girls for their achievements. Their rafts were well constructed, if a little unstable, and their presentations were hilarious!"
